The graph above compares your Building Energy Performance Index (BEPI), which is your energy usage per square foot of floor area, to the industry average. A lower BEPI indicates a more energy efficient building. The comparison is based on a U.S. building energy survey (CBECS) and currently incorporates only electricity consumption.
